Great replacement for old cushions, softer and comfortable whilst retaining quality sound.
I had waited till original cushions were old and crumbling faux leather. Don't make that mistake, get these now :)

I bought these pads because the stock ones sounded too direct and narrow, with excessive presence at times. These are super comfortable and provide a more open, spacious sound. The bass is less punchy—good or bad depending on the music. Quality feels solid, though I can't comment on long-term durability yet.

Feels comfortable and has quality
I bought these to replace flaking and worn out pads on my favourite closed back headphones the NAD Viso HP50. They fit well, are very comfortable and did not affect the sound which is exactly what I was looking for.
Bought to replace my 3 year old cups on my M30x, they feel significantly better to wear for long periods of time. The sound is changed slightly, there is noticibly more bass compared to the originals but that difference may be caused by the wear on my old cups.
