WHERE DO WE SHIP YOUR ORDERS FROM:

Brainwavz Audio is located in Hong Kong, SAR, China, we ship worldwide and have warehouses with our products located in Hong Kong, USA & Australia.

Orders placed on Brainwavz Audio are usually processed and shipped out within 2 working days (Monday - Friday), our team ensures that your order is routed through our various warehouses throughout the globe so that you get your order promptly with the least amount of hassle and transit time.

Tracking:  We use tracking on all shipments, tracking can take 72hrs to initially update on our courier partners websites. Not all tracking will update in real time and may only update to show items delivery status.

IMPORTANT:Orders sent from Hong Kong will be routed via Singpost, tracking will show shipments as originating from Singapore, but they have been shipped from Hong Kong and tracking only becomes active after it arrives at the Singpost Hub in Singapore.

Brainwavz Audio ships worldwide, should your delivery address reside within the USA, or Australia your order may be shipped from a warehouse based in those respective location, but it may also still be shipped from our primary warehouse in Hong Kong.

We choose which warehouse to ship from (HK, USA, AU) based on stock availability, transit time and freight costs.

Although we strive to have all our products stocked at our global warehouses, we may opt to send your order our main warehouse in Hong Kong should there be no stock in the respective warehouse that normally serves your delivery location.

PROCESSING TIME OF ORDERS, BETWEEN ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACTUAL SHIPMENT:

Our shipping teams sole goal is to get your orders processed and dispatched to you in the shortest amount of time. Orders are processed in the morning every Monday to Friday..

For orders that have delivery addresses in the USA or AU that will be fulfilled by local warehouses in those respective countries, our system routes your orders to the fulfilment warehouses, those warehouses then take 1 to 3 working days to pick, pack and dispatch your order. Order processing from these warehouses are subject to stock availability.

Orders that have delivery addresses within Hong Kong and Macau are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, directly from our Hong Kong based warehouse.

Orders that have delivery addresses for the rest of the world (other than USA, AU, HK and Macau) are dispatched from our Hong Kong fulfilment warehouse and can take 1 to 2 working days to pick, pack and dispatch your order.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER:

• Days are expressed as working days which are Monday to Friday, and does not include weekends or regional public holidays.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will only start to be processed the next working day.
• General time frame does not take into account delays at the delivery destinations customs clearance - items shipped from our USA warehouse  will not be subject to customs delays, neither will orders shipped to delivery addresses in Hong Kong & Macau.
• During certain peak shopping seasons, or during large sales, processing and dispatch time may increase.
• Brainwavz Audio is not liable for any import/customs duty charged including any collection fees charged by the courier.
• Certain products that are made in house at Brainwavz Headquarters, that are not stocked at Amazon.com or Amazon AU, may only ship from our Hong Kong headquarters.
• Tracking is provided on most shipments; not always will online tracking be available, this depends on the receiving countries postal system. Tracking can take 72hrs to update online after initially receiving number.
