Very good replacement earpad covers, what i particularly like is the comfort of the sheep skin material, they fit perfectly and respond well to Sony noise canceling feature. I also purchased the sheepskin head band and my only comment regarding them is the upper edges appear to be a little saggy but I’m pleased to add it don’t effect the performance in anyway, the band is very comfortable.
I have had my Sony WH-1000XM4 headset for 5 or so years and I was about to replace them with new due to the extensive wear and tare of the original ear and headband covers. So thanks to you guys you have saved me a shed load of money.
My XM4 pads had deteriorated badly so I decided to replace them. After reading recent research indicating that almost all headphones leach toxic chemicals through one's skin, I decided that real leather was the way to go. Really pleased with the new pads, makes them feel like new, the noise cancelling is working better, the old pads must have not only looked bad but also had reduced ability to passively block external noise. Can't speak to the durability yet, but they certainly feel more sturdy than the pleather that the OEM pads had. Really pleased overall, recommended.

I bought the brainwavz earpads for my Sony wh-1000xm4 earphones because it is quality that I am after . I wanted real leather and I wanted comfort for long sessions at the computer and for general use. I have had them for about 2 weeks and so far they have delivered on their promises. the instruction booklet was very good and they fitted perfectly to the earphones. I will buy again in about a year's time or longer provided they are durable. they look like and feel like quality so I would expect them to last. hint : keep a packet of wipes handy to clean them every week say. this stops the inevitable build up of sweat residue. if you have real leather avoid alcohol based wipes. ideally choose babies water wipes with a bit of moisturiser built into the wipes. my girlfriend suggested this and she was spot on! thanks , Bruce, age 60.
These are better than stock ear pads and it’s not even close. Would only replace with these ear pads. Will continue to buy.
Works as intended. Comfy enough to wear. More or less the same thickness as the original pads (which is a good thing). Noise cancelling does suffer a little but that's a worthy tradeoff I'd say

These Brainwavz replacement earpads for the Sony WH-1000XM4 interfered with the headphones’ “pause when removed” feature and were clearly faulty. I had to return them, but the seller only refunded the item price and refused to cover the £5 original shipping and £10.80 return postage.
Terrible product quality and poor customer service — I would not recommend these earpads.
