I use them on my 99 neos, and they fit perfect, the sound gets a little wider, but the sound quality is not much effected. The only thing I have to criticize is that the leather takes on grim and sweat quickly, but it's easily wiped a way

I purchased these replacement pads. For my old Radio Shack model 33-1176 stereo headphones. Which had the original pads on them. Which wore out due to age. The went one really easily once i figured out the trick to putting them on. The have a little more cushinning to them than the original pads. Which makes them a lot more comfortable to wear. I highly recommend them.

Yeh, these helped. Found the Meze 99's were not as comfortable as the reviews made out. These pads are definitely an upgrade and help out. As the 99's are bass heavy these pads actually balance the mids and lows a little more than the original pads.

Bought a pair of these to replace the, frankly, horrific pads on my ATH-M40xs. Excellent all around.Comfy as all get out. Improves soundstage. Cancels noise pretty well from both within and without. And...dude, they're just so, so much more comfortable.I couldnt wear the original pads for more than 30 minutes at a time. These? Hours and hours and I could do hours more. They're that nice.Sound doesn't take much of a hit, but treble seems to have gone up a little. Slightly less bass, oddly enough, but still very much present. Wider sounding, for sure. Overall? Still fantastic.Only issue is the price. $45 hurts. But...doesn't hurt quite as much as the original pads.

Overall it matches my expectation. It's soft, barely touches my ears, feels good to wear for long hours. I'm using a ATH-M40x and the pads didn't change the sound, so it's still neutral except with slightly better sound stage and seperation.
