I was informed that there was a need to salvage the old earcups to make it work but there was no need for that. They just slipped on just like most other over the ear cushions.
They are worth every penny! They breath! No more sweaty ears! Almost as if nothing is on my head due to the softness of the cushions, and lightness of the headset.

When my original pads started to separate I bought these ones as replacements and they are way more comfortable than the original ones and seem to be of higher quality.
Most comfortable pads I've ever tried. They last forever as this is my second pair for a new pair of Sennheiser HD650 I just bought. Had the other set on my 58X Jubilee for 4 or 5 years now and they are still like new. Can't recommend them highly enough
