I bought these Brainwavz XL pads for my Samson SR850 because the stock pads were too small and shallow for my ears, especially on the left side, and started causing pain. The difference in comfort is huge. My ears now fit completely inside the pads, there’s much more depth, no pressure points, and the velour feels soft, breathable, and cool even during longer sessions.
Sound-wise, they kept everything I liked about the SR850. The bass is still deep and punchy, the mids are clear, and the soundstage actually feels a little more open and airy. I did make a small EQ adjustment to tame the SR850’s bright treble, mainly around 8 kHz, with only very minor changes elsewhere.
Overall, these pads completely transformed the comfort of the headphones without ruining their sound. For me, they were absolutely worth it.
It's hard to find earpads with much space for the ears. For sensitive ears, i mean, for extreme sensitive ears, the earpads have to be big. No matter how soft the earpads are themselves, in case of extreme sensitiveness there mustn't be any contact. It is hard to find any earpads with enough space WITHIN. So, here we are. These earpads are round and have therefore the same space in all directions, 65 mm. It is compatible to common headphones, but you have to check. In my case it fits.

The memory foam - velour ear-pads are excellent. The foam consistency is very good and the velour skin feels very nice. They fit perfectly on my AT ATH-AD700 phones. A bonus is the improved audio that I've noticed .. wonderful. They're a little tricky to install, but easily work the effort. Recommended.
More stability on head now, taller pads, wider inner hole, no irritation to ears or neck skin, feels like a great improvement, still love the sound too
The memory foam is extremely comfortable, and the microsuede material feels both soft and breathable. These pads are a perfect replacement for the ones on the Audio-Technica AD700X — they fit well and even improve comfort during long listening sessions.
Great pads. I got these for the Philips Fidelio X2HR - these are as good or possibly even better than the OEM version.

I allready had the micro suede oval pads. These round pads are just as good. Great fit for my AKG K 270 Playback, makes them more comfortable with good soud to boot.
