I needed some replacement pads for my AKG k361 'phones (virtually identical to the 371 with which these are stated to be compatible). Now, yes, they do fit, but are a little smaller than the original pads. Problem? Well, in honesty not quite as comfortable, but still sound good. HOWEVER, I bought two sets as they seemed to be a good size match for my Sennheiser HD202's and, guess what - they are very good for them. Maybe a couple of mm large, but under no strain or stretch and very easy to fit. Maybe I just need to order something different for the AKGs, which would leave me with a spare set for the 202s. The product itself looks and feels to be good quality and I will be happy to keep the spares until the first set wear out - not that it looks like that will be soon.
